This is "QUICK BID" AUCTION.  These parts will be sold. There is NO RESERVE price. The prices are heavily discounted so that there is every incentive for bidders to buy them during the auction.

The auction has NO TIME LIMIT.

Each part stands on its own until sold.

Seller has right to close auction on a specific part ANYTIME by accepting a bid. HINT: Make Your Best Bid FIRST so that you have best chance to buy the part. You can change your bid if part is still open and unsold. Seller has right to reject all bids or to remove part from auction after fifteen (15) business days. Only bids received email to Bid@airpartsauction.com will be accepted. No phone bids.

Part Condition - All part conditions are “As Removed Serviceable” unless noted otherwise. All parts being offered have full trace history and are non-incident.

Winning Bids - All winning bids are for parts and associated logs/records only. No additional costs or expenses will be borne by the seller. Shipping and freight are additional cost to winning bidder FOB where the parts are located. Parts location will be indicated in the part description. For example, United States, Russia, England, Columbia, or by State or Province, if in Canada, etc. 

Payment - Deposits equal to 25% of the winning bid must be made within twenty four (24) hours of bid close by method indicated in the “Winning Bidder Email”. Balance of winning bids must be made within sixty (60) hours of bid close. Failure to make deposit or balance payment within the times indicated will result in the part going to the next highest bidder or loss of deposit and part going to the next highest bidder respectively.

Refund -Winning bidder assumes full physical responsibility for all parts purchased once part is shipped. With the exception of parts found to be Beyond Economic Repair (BER) as determined by a certified inspection or repair facility for that part in writing, no refunds will be made to winning bidders.

Taxes - All parts sold through the Quick Bid Auction process are considered being purchased for “Resale” and all tax obligations at any level (local, state or national) are responsibility of the winning bidder.

*Quick Bid" – first bid accepted by seller wins. Auction has no minimum or maximum time limit.

Note: Email message must contain the following information to be valid. Missing information will invalidate bid and it will be discarded. Date / time of email will determine priority of bids received.
